• Project Description: Design-Build project to customize an existing 194,000 square foot warehouse to meet Wal-Mart's desired requirements. Worked with owner to develop cost estimates prior to construction. Scope of work included painting, electrical and lighting upgrades to the warehouse and construction of a 3,000 sf office with new restrooms.
